Julia studied visual design at the Hochschule für Gestaltung Schwäbisch Gmünd and at Ravensbourne College of Art and Design in London. She has worked for branding agencies in London, Berlin and Munich as strategic consultant and managing director, for brands like BMW, BMW i, SAP and adidas. As managing director at icon incar, design consultancy for automotive user experience, she pursued a new holistic approach embracing user and brand experiences.
After two decades at agencies, she recently left it to become an independent creative consultant for founders and entrepreneurs, as well as a keynote speaker, free thinker and writer, which can be followed on her blog “diary of the digital age”. Julia lives in Munich with her husband and two sons.
